Balance in Wellness

Our aim is to create an environment that promotes health and happiness, to establish a lifestyle of physical and emotional wellness, enabling us to live awake and present in the now.

 Physical health practices (fitness, Yoga, nutrition) combined with relaxation and stress reduction techniques is a kick start for a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Fitness Professional and Yoga Instructor, Amy Morgan is offering her vision and experience to work together towards a wellness balance.

Amy studied Fitness and Wellness at the Kisakallio Sports Institute in Finland, studied Yoga with the Institute of Interdisciplinary Yoga Studies (RYT200), and holds a Rope Work Instructor certificate earned from The Finnish Climbing Association for adventure activities.

In addition to her Hutchinson Island classes, Amy teaches and instructs Fitness classes and Yoga classes for the City of Port St. Lucie.

 

Ocean Front Yoga Classes every Wednesday and Friday

Every Wednesday and Friday from 9 – 10 AM Amy instructs Gentle Yoga on Hutchinson Island with a beautiful Ocean View. This class is suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome. It is an alignment based slow Yoga flow.

In all classes everyone is encouraged to practice according to their own ability, to challenge themselves and at the same time never pushing past the body’s thresholds. We strengthen and increase balance and flexibility little by little in a non-competitive environment.
